This happened on two systems on which I purchased a license renewal. A couple of minor settings in ThreatSense and in scan settings, and the loss of a scheduled scan for Saturdays at 01:00 on both machines. Weird. My license expired on 12/14. On that date I purchased the license renewal and entered the new user name and password on both systems (both running version 3.0.566.0). Noticed this morning (12/15) that the automated scan I had working for weeks previously on both systems had not run. Looked in the scheduler and the job was missing on both systems. Hardly earth shattering, but odd. I haven't had any other issues with EAV / NOD32, except for the fact that I'd rather have seen Eset's developers handle integration of this software's UI with Vista's UAC in a different manner. Has anyone else lost settings from version 3 at license renewal time?
