Looking for short flexible Flat USB 3.0 Male to Female extension.

Looking for a short flexible Flat USB 3.0 Male to Female extension for around $5.

I can't find what I want. Pictured is the type I want but USB to USB. The one pictured is microUSB to USB. I want it very short so I can leave it connected to my laptop USB port. I want to take stress off the laptop direct port. I insert & remove USBs out like 100x a week.

 

Thanks but flexible is key. Don't want it to snap off if it gets bumped.

 

Post back if you find something suitable. I could use something like that too.

 

I think you would do better with a cable. Even though those molded adapters are flexible, they are still ridged enough to put strain on the USB port if bumped. The shortest cable I can find is this 6" cable.

 

I have the kind Bill mentioned. But if I were buying one now, I'd go for this one because it's offset and flexible, perhaps less subject to the port bumps

I saw that before but didn't see its length. Must not have looked very hard because now I see it is ~20cm which is about 7.87 inches. So that is a little longer than the 6" one I linked to above but I agree being offset may be better, as long as it does not block another port, or switch or something.

 

I'm leaning towards those as well. Looking on feabay. Some have a choice of angles: Rt, Lft, Up & Dwn. Thinking Left angled for left side of laptop facing towards screen. What angle would you choose?

Edit: Decided to go Left 24cm arrive at latest 25 days C1.99 ~USD1.58. I'll wait 3 wks for $5. Oh got Blue colored higher quality than Black pictured.

 

Least expensive I can find at 6-in...

 

~$13 with shipping. I'll wait 3 weeks to save $12.
