   Any body know of any programs not firewalls !!! that will denie a program from accessing the internet. A program with some degree of flexabilty. Any help would be appreciated

   It starts the whole program though.
   
   If you want a program to be able to start.. but not giving it access to the net.. you DO need a firewall...
