Looking for a MS calculator alternative....

    MS has a replacment for their XP calculator but it won`t work on 2k or ealier. ~snip~ Any suggestions? Basic functions is all I really need anything else is a bonus. And as always, freeware is prefered. ~snip~

    Here is a calculator that I made in VB class if you want to use it :D . Just unzip it, then navigate to the bin folder, and double click on the .exe. It has all the basic functions, plus a few surprises :eek: all for free!

    Edit Nice little app. Sure glad you built in the option to turn of the color change. Doing math can give me enough of a headache.

    Thank you Tex. Will give them a try. Like the looks of the one, the "always on top" feature of the other. Decisions, decisions, decisions......... ~snip~
    EditThe first ones download link is down. Guess that cuts down my choices by 50%. Did`t need a calculator to figure that one out.

    Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. It was my first assignment so not many features were included. I have moved on from the good old days of VB now though, and onto java. Who knows, I may make a java calc when I'm bored :D
