Privatefirewall is an excellent choice, so is PC Tools Firewall, both work on x64 systems.

Depends if you want HIPS or not.

For HIPS Id say Comodo is going to be your best bet.
For a classic FW with a light HIPS you have Private FW and PC Tools
For a pure FW Id say Look N Stop.

My favorite of the above mentioned is LnS. Its extremely light, no lag on the internet connection like some FW's have, and extremely configurable. The only down side to a rule based FW like LnS is that some of the settings are pretty complicated for someone who has never dealt with a rule based FW.

I would also add Online Armour. However it seems to be a bit OTT with Pop ups when installing software, it is as if the trust this program is not working.

So weird. Some/most people get zero popups during software install with OA, and others seem to have endless popup problems. If you've got a specific example of a program install that does this please post the details over at the Online Armor forum so the Devs can take a look. (sorry for the OT).
