Logonui.exe trying to access internet??

I got a message from Sygate this morning that logoonui.exe was trying to access the internet. Is there a reason why this program needs to access the internet?? I have never seen this message before but just switched over to Sygate a couple of days ago.

 

Are you using any Custom themes for XP? If so, many of these 3rd party updates to these windows kernel files have been loded with spyware, etc... If are you using these themes get rid of them, scan your computer with anti-adware/spyware programs, with the latest update of your antivirus program, and the fact that you would of had to disable windows file protection is another serious issue.

If not are you part of a domain?
