Ok I just ordered this software and now it is giving me fits. I did this when using the trial version with no trouble. oK here is the problem: I get the logon box that says "connect to acronis on-----" When I enter the username and password it comes right back up and never lets me access the folder even though I can see the folder. Here is what I have tried so far: 1. Checked the permissons of the folder (full access) 2. Tried using the username as [domain\user] also tried [computer\user] also tried using the / switch 3. Downloaded the latest update and made a bootable CD from it 4. Changed the group policy on the domain controller (windows 2003) to disable the digitally signed communications. 5. Forced the group policy change to the computer hosting the share Do any of you have an answer to this problem? I am already emailing tech support with case number 672686 Thanks for any suggestions.
