Is there a way to log the threats which are not able to be cleaned to the ESET Remote Administrator Console server's Windows event logs?

This would be ideal as we already parse the logs for other events.

If not, is there ANY method to log or receive notifications centrally to/from the Remote Administrator Console other than in the GUI and ESET database or email?

I need a method to report these issues when threats cannot be cleaned up.

    Thanks! :)

We are an MSP and provide support for hundreds of machines from multiple companies running ESET NOD32 across multiple, separate networks. Our main method for log parsing is through the Windows event logs.

It only makes sense to have logging capabilities to the Windows event logs as they are going to be monitored by most organizations already whether automatically or manually.

Seems like you should be able to send specific errors to the Windows log. We do have some parsing for event 502 and exclude some descriptions, but it would be nice to receive notifications on viruses which cannot be cleaned rather than waiting for our manual monthly checkup.
