Log-in updated?

    Just arriving here for my daily visit, I was a little surprised to find myself having to log in afresh after ages of the "remember me" working just fine. Cookies for here are set to always-accept, and I'm not aware of having changed anything.

    I know once or twice in the past you've wiped the log-in database for various reasons (typically when updating board software, or plugging security holes in it). Is this what happened this time (sometime in the last 24 hours or so), or was it some kind of glitch at my end?

    That's normal. You can only stay logged in for one year before you must enter your password again.
