Locked PG Files?

I had to relaod Windows XP (nasty stuff). When I later deleted all of the files from the previous load, a few PG files remain and defy deletion. I faintly remember this condition but do not remember the solution and a search did not bring me an answer.

Did you try in Safe Mode?

You can try "Boot Deleter" it will mark the file for deletion, on the next reboot, before windows has a chance to load. See

The Safe Mode worked to delete PG files. The Boot deleter looks like the fix for stubborn Flash files....
