Hi, what do you recommend to lock my pc when i'm out of home? Now i'm using LockMyPC, but if there is a secure method built in xp pro, let me know please! I need something that lock pc automatically after the boot, and fast to switch on/off.

    Thanks!

    Try google for "lock pc"...
A few months ago I had a shortcut in my desktop wich had some command to lock the pc.
Same thing as suggested above, but faster, only clicking an icon.
Don't remember the command line now :doubt:

    That should be:

    "%windir%\system32\Rundll32.exe User32.dll,LockWorkStation"

    Works same as pressing Win+L

My account is PW protected. I also lock my PC when I'm not using it.
