LNS+OpenVpn+Local DNS Resolver+Phantom''s RuleSet

Hi,

i come here because i need help for my LNS conf. about local dns resolver with the Phant0m``s Ruleset Deluxe 1b007p3.

I need to allow my local dns resolver on 53... UDP. I made a rule but i don't know where is the good place ! (sorry i'm french...)

Is there a specific rule in phantom ruleset for this ?

Need i modify some rule for my freedom openvpn with my freebox ?

My freebox is in DHCP mode. My gateaway is 192.168.0.254. My ip are 127.0.0.1 on my adaptator (2)(intel + TAP).

If somebody know this ruleset and can help me for a good config...
I often have this in my log :

Règle : Block : All other packets
Type : UDP
Adresse / Application : [192.168.0.254] (Freebox gateaway)
Complement : Ports Dest.netbios-dgm=138 Src.netbios-dgm=138
