LnS cant block outgoing applications

i'm trialling LnS, i want to use it to block only outgoing applications, for inbound protection i'm using XP built in firewall, however, when i block overnet and piolet, they are still able to access the internet. why is it so? i've turned off internet filtering, only enable application filtering.

LnS can block browser effectively, firefox, opera or IE, but not p2p, can anyone explain this to me please? thank you.

this is what i found out, if i allow overnet first then change the permission to block, LnS cant stop the running connections, when i restart overnet, then LnS is able to stop it.
