Hi, thanks for the reply. As per my post above, it appears I'm using 2.06 which means the file was deleted automagically already? If not, what is the setting to accomplish such tasks via the nod32_update?

Ok, the problem has shown itself -- AGAIN. Why does it go days without any issues, and then it comes back?

Hi, my attempt yet again for an answer as to why this issue comes and goes.

I just submitted a support ticket at nod32.com. I'm not really pleased with the lack of response.

I wasn't thrilled with the lack of response I received either with a false positve at the end of May. I eventually switched AV software. People jumped all over me saying that Eset has great support and that 99% of their customers receive prompt replies. It sure sucks to be in that 1% though. Best of luck to you, btw I grew up in Bordentown. Moved away when I was 14 which was.... well awhile ago. Again, best of luck.

Bordentown eh? Great place. As for the support, I'm an Admin here and my issue has gone unresolved for so long.

Zhen-Xjell, try sending a email to Paul Wilders, he should be able to help push this along...

    Cheers :D

We admins do chat in the meanwhile amongst ourselves ;) I'm on it - although I'm not an Eset rep and thus can't force anything in the end. I'm pretty sure we'll have this fixed though ;)

    regards.

Yes Paul and I have already been discussing this thread, and the other.
