I know that some firewalls and some policy based software may protect from DLL Injections, but I am sure there is a list of software that I may not be aware of.

If any of you are aware of certain security software that can achieve the protection against DLL injections, please share a list or an individual piece of software that you may know of.

    Thank you

    Private firewall
    Outpost Firewall
    Appguard
    VoodooShield
    Faronics AE (anti-executable)

Process Guard (only supports XP & maybe 98 SE)
System Safe (I think it only support XP, and earlier)
    Malware Defender
    Spyshelter
    Zemana Antilogger

There's a few more HIP that's development is dead, but their names slip my mind at the moment.

The ones I listed above are the major ones I know of. I'm sure there are more. I will probably think of more later.

Does EMET (Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit) protect against DLL injection? I think it does, but not sure how good of protection it offers against that particular attack. I've only used it once since it caused problems with some special linguistic software I use to type in multiple languages.

Behavior blockers will also detect some dll injection attacks. Most behavior blockers are integrated into traditional AV's now days. There use to be ThreatFire which was called CyberHawk before that. There was also Mamutu which was acquired by Emsisoft, and has been integrated into Emsisoft Antimalware now.
