    Woohoo! Finally the year of Linux on the desktop. Sorry, couldn't resist. :D
    I actually wish I could dump Microsoft at this point but as an IT worker it's still not a practical thing. IF I ever get to retire it will become likely that I will switch. I've had a pretty good experience with Mint over a long term but can't use it exclusively for multiple reasons.

    I'm half way there, I've got MX on my tablet, and slowly crawling towards putting Linux on my Thinkpad.

    I won't be moving to Win11 on this machine. Tossing up between 0Patch and Kubuntu. Probably / possibly both. Kubuntu does run pretty well on this machine. I may buy a replacement laptop sooner or later, to replace my old lappy that died a couple of months ago. Win11, or...maybe will see what Win12 looks like. ;)
