I bought NOD32 for Linux in March. I had the trial version which I could install, but it expired.
I had to delete that and download another file with a deb.bin extension which I simply cannot get installed. So I redownloaded a file with a linux extension and reinstalled it. But it won't take the username and/or the password. I've got proof of payment, so how do I get my activation on this file?
I'm new at Ubuntu, and all the file commands I tried gave me errors.
    Thanks

I did email back the trouble ticket. The main problem was it was a conference call between the local vendor and ESET. I could barely hear him. He told me to uninstall the demo file and install from a connection he gave me. I tried to download that file again today, from that connection, just to check that it was 64bit, and ESET wouldn't accept the password I used yesterday, either.

Do I have to keep downloading the demo file for a whole year?

    Thanks
