Link to file ext. def.s?

So I'm new to dealing with code etc., and could really use a link to somewhere I can find a list of file extensions (scripts particularly, so as to configure Script Defender appropriately) etc. Also explanations for things like IFrames.

I was, back in the eighties, programming Waterloo Micro Basic and Cobol so I ought to be able to handle this stuff. It would also help to keep me from posting noobie threads... ;-)
