I have noticed lately a lot of phishing emails that redirect to savethechildren.org (where the premise of the phishing email has nothing to do with donations)

I can't figure out what the scammer would get out of this. Does anyone have a theory ?

Save The Children requests that phising and other scams using/involving it's name be reported to:

    supportercare@savechildren.org

    I got a beauty today:

"From: Pavpal .. Subject: Please confirm your Account"

The v in Pavpal is not my typo.

I thought cybercrooks were supposed to be becoming smarter.:)
