Like VPS+Browser+Remote Desktop but entirely web-server based

    Security and anonymity conscious people must have thought of something like this. A VPS where a browser runs and you control it with a Remote Desktop from your laptop means your laptop has a minimal attack surface. But you'd probably pay. Whereas if you could do something similar on a web hosting provider with common web server technologies like LAMP or javascript or CGI or whatever, it could be free. What is the closest to this available?
