License renewal version 2.7

Just noiticed my license expired Feb 2/08.........no warning from application, just stopped downloading signature updates. Can't find anywhere to renew license for version 2.7..............not interested at this time in upgrading to latest version............any info on renewal would be greatly appreciated.

 

few weeks before licence ending you are supposed to have a warning windows... dont know why you didnt have it, i always had it here...

Go right side for NOD32 AV, renewal.... With ID and password they will e-mail you, you must have instructions to register your new licence of whatever version you want, 2.7 or 3

 

The link you provided has no option on the left side for renewal. Neither is there an option for version 2.7 and/or renewal.

 

The second tab on the right side is for renewals. Your license will work with either NOD32 2.7 or 3.0.

Sorry , it is my mystake, i correct my post for "right side"....

 

We have several installations of nod32 ver.2.7 and no one of them alerted us of the license deadline.
Luckily i had the date in mind and could provide with renewal before the expiration, but if alerts are to be expected i can confirm that there is a problem here.

alerts are disabled if you put nod32 into silent mode - ALL alerts.

 

Silent mode is off on all our machines so that is not the case.
