License Renewal Question

    Hi,
    I was trying to renew my license from the eset website, when I tried to enter my username and email, I get an error message " Username and Email not found. Please contact Customer Service". I got my license through a local vendor www.betterantivirus.com. The License was a student License. It is expiring on 1/23/09. Could any body please help me.

    Student licenses are no longer available. You can purchase a renewal at the standard rate through eset or through any reseller.

    If you go through a reseller, you will provide your current username and password during the order process. That will be used as your new license as well.

    My Question is Can I buy directly from ESET or Do I have to buy from a reseller and Can I buy the 2 user/ 2yr renewal license.

    You can buy from Eset or from a Reseller, your choice.

    And, Yes you can purchase 2 user/ 2yr renewal license.
