license rejected

System will not accept my unlimited lufetime license that I pasted in.


what do i do?

 

Please check the notation of the license number. It has to be in this form:

1234-4567-890A-BCDE

(No spaces)!

I must have picked up a "Blank"space
when I copied from a file of mine and pasted .

So, I typed it and all went OK

I'm getting the same responce. I typed mine in also and it still won't work.
Purchased this product 1-26 of this year.

 

You have to upgrade your license key http://www.ewido.net/en/upgrade
And then enter the new license key you will get
