License for 9.1 Acronis Universal Restore fails to load (incomplete)

    The following is displayed after attempting to install License for 9.1 Acronis Universal Restore:

    "The installation was interrupted before Acronis Universal restore for Acronis True Image Workstation could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again.

    The message displays each time this is run.

    9.1 Workstation is already loaded.

    Any ideas ?

    Try deleting all files that Windows allows you to from your C:\Windows\Temp directory and your C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Local Settings\Temp folder and then see if UR installs.

    Upgraded with Patch version for workstation, reboot.

    Deleted temp files (yes I frequently use this as a fix for problems, thank you).

    No change however. Still fails in the same manner

    Sorry to hear that.

    Hopefully someone can come up with a solution to the problem. In the meantime you might want to cover all bases by contacting Acronis Customer Service as detailed in the forum sticky titled <Please Read Before You Post>.
