License Expired?

I have 15 days left in my current license but all of the sudden I do a reboot and I have "zero" days and am prompted to renew. I was on the verge of renewing but this kinda turns me off. I hope Prevxhelp pops in here. I also sent a note to customer support and PM'd Joe...

 

I haven't received your PM, but could you send me your license key? I'll take a look at what's going on with it

 

Fixed with a license key re-install and almost instant reply from Prevxhelp. You folks continue to amaze me...

 

Mine did the same thing this morning with 52 days left to go. I just put the licence into it again and was good to go. Must remember to renew soon.

 

mine has 36 days to go and same happened but a reactivation fixed the isue they remember me to renew

 

It rather surprised me when it happened but thankfully its a very easy fix...

 

It would have surprised me but I had already seen this post so knew the fix already. Glad it happened to you before me. LOL!
