Where can this be found after installation of ESS?
If it isn't on the front of the main menu, try "Help/About". Should be something there...
That's not true. The info just isn't there. When your license gets to the end of its life you will see the date, as a bonus
I'm running the trial and it is in both places I mentioned. I'm still waiting on correct license.
Strange, I cannot find it from either of those places :/
Well, it's no longer there in the final version.
It's been already stated at Wilders' that this information will be available as soon as the appropriate database is filled in with license details. If this information is not available or if a connection to the database server fails, nothing will be displayed.
well i entered my license
and in ess it says valid until 30/11/2007
i have rebooted, and had 2 updates since i entered my details
Where did you find that info? In my ESS there is no mention at all about license dates.
in "protection status" but it only can be seen sometimes... like i just went to check it again and now its gone
See post seven. It is not completely operational yet. It will take some time to fill the database with user information.
I find that strange because Eset emailed me the license info yesterday. I must be in their database then... But no mention of license dates anywhere.
I would imagine that it will take some time to for everyone to have their info displayed in the program given the other ongoing password problems that users are experiencing.
i do not have nod installed at the moment but i want to do a upgrade with my av lic. how do i know what date to put on the form from betterantivirus.com? is there ar way to tell when my current one expires or if it did already? without re-installing the program? thanks
It's a different database server that servers for communicating with ESS/EAV and providing it with the necessary information.
