Level One Ip CamSecure and NOD32 URGENT

    Hello,

    I have a problem with a software which manage ip cameras and NOD32. When i have install NOD32 and i use the Ip CamSecure software for the cameras the ntdll.dll crash from MainConsole.exe.

    When i have uninstall the NOD32 and i use the mainconsole.exe nothing happens.

    i try to disable IMON but after many of hours it crash again. i have exclude from AMON the hole folder of the programm but it still crashes. o_O o_O

    any Idea?

    Did you look up Windows error log and try to locate what file(s) generated the error?

    Have you tried excluding the file in IMON as well?

    IMON> Setup> Miscellaneous> Exclusion> Edit

    yes i exclude the programm from the IMON but still crashes. It crashes even if the IMON is not enable.

    Have you also excluded the application in both long and short name within AMON?

    i have exclude the whole folder of LevelOne from C:\Program Files\ from AMON.

    Have you tried updating LevelOne software that may resolve/fix a possible conflict/bug, if present?

    So you have excluded in BOTH "long" and "short" file names?
