Lavabit founder's DarkMail needs help to cross finish line.
Do they have a Bitcoin address? I've looked a bit, but found nada.
You would hope that's intentional for some reason. If not, that's a pretty rookie mistake. If there's one thing you need to get right, it's giving people a way to give you money (and as easily as possible).
That should actually be the #1 tip for any business venture:
"Make it painfully obvious how people can give you money, and frighteningly simple for them to do it."
Well, they did do a very successful Kickstarter campaign. So maybe they don't need to mess with Bitcoins.
Yeah. Who needs more money, anyway?
The help they need is manpower, not bitcoin presumably, though it couldn't hurt:
Yes, I get that. But I don't have the right skills, and moving to Texas would be problematic in many ways.
Edit: Maybe they need someone to write documentation
Edit: Anyone know whether darkmail.net is one of their domains?
In the article, Levison did say that one of the inventor's of email, Dave Crocker, is working with him on documentation, and that would be very neat to get to be able to work with him!
