Launching dial up window automatically with browser launch

I am using dial up, when I start internet, fisrt I open my dial up connection and press to connect. Then I open my web browser and start surfing. I know from my past experience taht there is some settings that you will launch your browser and it will automatically open dial up option for you and then you can choose to connect or browse off line( i mean u don,t ahve to open dial up window itself separately, it will opem automatically with launch of browser- as shown in snapshot). Anybody can tell, what are the settings to do so?

go to controle pannel and open internet options click the connections tab and set it to always dial my default conection i think that should do what you want

though im not sure because i dont use xp
