lan password

    when I click setup under update on the lan client it asks for a password. Where do I go to set this password?

    I push installed the client installations from the server.

    I created a password in the nod control panel update and mirror tabs on the server admin, but this does not appear to be the password it's looking for.

    It's a password for NTFS permissions...you windows share rights to the mirror folder on your server. Usually a domain account, for read rights to that share.

    However..go for http updates..no user/pass required. Much simpler to setup.
