Kis 6.0

Hi!


I have installed on my machine Kis 6.0 with 3 month licence from chip.de. and i can't upgrade to the 7.0 version because of this licence.

i want to know if the differences between 6.0 and 7.0 of kis is important for an average users because for know i want to keep 6.0 installed

or..... i have to seek another suite?

You can take a look at the differences between 6.0 and 7.0 here

After upgrading you will not notice big differences apart from the color of main GUI.
My opinion is, if you don't have problems with 6.0 and you don't want to spend extra money, keep it.
You will be protected.

If you speak german (because of chip.de) you can also use the KIS version from Computerbild (CB),
which is essentially KIS 6.0.2.621 but without Proactive Defense.
This version is strangely called „Kaspersky Security Suite V“.

You have to use the KIS version from CB magazine CD, but you will get a 12 month license therefore.
