My pc has KIS 2009 as resident and MBAM on demand. However, the iframe still infected and effected. KIS did detect on them and got them blocked but it didn't work. iframe malware has been uploaded to all sites via my FTP client (Filezilla). I have changed FTP password to prevent them from being uploaded again. What should I do next to make this Trojan completely removed?

This doesn't work, most will monitor the outbound connections and capture your new password as the FTP credentials are sent in plain text.

If your sites are important, personally i would just reformat. Drastic measure i know, but waking up to 1,000's of pages injected every day, exposing your sites visitors to malware, downtime, lost revenue etc is no fun.

I would contact Kaspersky support for help.

Upgrade from 2009 to 2010 and enable hips features, that should be enough.

Instead of purchasing MBAM which you could use free of charge as on-demand scanner, better investment could be Prevx. (my opinion)

Get your system checked by malware experts (spywarehammer.com or bleepingcomputer.com), change all passwords, update to latest KIS 2010 and use the new sandbox feature in KIS (i.e. safe run)

    Cheers,
