I wonder if can "kill" or Delete Micrrosoft's ~BT Windows folder that happens sometimes when half reinstalling Windows where it leaves that folder with duplicates galore. Usually i have to go under the hood with a IFD PE to disengage and eliminate it. If it just kills file locked by process Process Hacker & Lockhunter are already way ahead on that.
surely you can delete such folders without such tools - on drive C. or go "cleanmgr". there exists a lot of kill cleaners, but at least it has reason why files cannot be deleted and thats the quest to find it out.
