Kijiji ad site blocked even using tor

Hello...it took me a while but I finally learned how to change my IP address via a tor bundle, to other local Ip addresses.
This all started because I wanted to put multiple ads on Kijiji and I'm not allowed. Someone told me I need to change my IP address. Well I did that last night. The adds were reworded and accepted but then I received an email stating that they have been deleted since I'm not following the "site rules." How do they detect this. I did have all new email addresses. Is there something else I must change on my computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
