Last night I upgraded my Kaspersky AV to the most current which includes proactive keylogger detection. It flagged kmw_kbd.sys which is the kensington keyboard driver as a keylogger. I figured this was a false positive since I had just run KL-Detector and it found nothing. To play it safe, I deleted the file and reinstalled the kensington software. I thought it might be possible that the driver had been compromised somehow. Once again KAV flagged it once I typed anything, so I added it to its trusted list.

That was a false positive correct??

Yeah it is ok , it seems like is just the keyboard driver, usually PDM alerts that.

It also alerted on my Logitech, but did not give the option to remove. Just add to trusted list.

If you believe it to be a FP, I hope you submitted the file to KL so they can correct this in their next PDM update.
