Keyboard and touchpad not responding in Acronis.

    Hi, I'm new here.

    I've had this problem where the laptop keyboard and touchpad won't work in Acronis Startup Recovery Manager after F11 selection. It only works with a connected usb mouse. Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.:)

    EDIT: I'm using Acronis True Image Home 11 and Windows Vista.

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image 11 Home

    First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program 8101. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products. Reactivate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager using the latest build and see if the issue persists.

    As workaround I may recommend you to create Acronis bootable disc by means of Media Builder within the program and use it in case system crashes.

    You can also download free trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 and test it.
