Key not accepted

    I have installed anew operating system. (win7 home prem).
    I re downloaded Spyware Blaster and attempted to enter the key which I had saved in a text file.
    It said "invalid user name or key specified"

    In my own experience, one needs to contact support after a couple of activations to re-activate.
