Kernel panic bad EIP value on booting

    Now I get a kernel panic every time I boot from either my hard disk .Actual messages I can see before the system freezes are:

    I am using dell com...

    Do u guys have solution for it

    I once had the same problem, but it wasn't an acronis issue.. I had to remove any connected usb-device prior to booting, after successful booting you can plug them in again.

    Don't know if this might help you, just give it a try.

    Please be aware that we have not heard about such problems of Acronis software. Could you please clarify if the issue you've encountered happened right after installing/using/uninstalling Acronis software?
