From own experience I cannot tell you much about it.
At the moment I have not tried it.

 

Hm, if I'm allowed:

Maybe it would have been better if Karen would choosen another name for this program.
I think that "TimeZone Manager" or something like that would have been better.

With this name people can be easily thinking that it has something to do with either ZoneAlarm or with managing your InternetExplorer Zone's.

Just my 2 cents
