Just bought Director Suite... but don´t have the software

    Hi,

    I just finished the purchasing process for Director Suite using Acronis website.

    At the end of this process, I did get a message saying that I would be informed shortly of delivery, etc.

    I have been waiting for an email with confirmation of my purchase during the last ten minutes, and haven´t received anything yet.

    Is this the normal process?

    I assume you ordered the "download" version?

    You should have received an email from Digital River with the order information (Serial Number, etc.). You should also have been directed to a page that would let you download the file.

    If you have your serial number, you can create (or log-in, if you already have one) an account with Acronis, register the product and then download it directly from them.

    It took awhile longer than 10 minutes for me yesterday for the email to arrive, but it did show up. The email will have a link to download the software. If you register with the keys in the email, there is a link to download there, too.

    Two hours have passed since I completed the purchasing process.

    I must have done something wrong.

    I have sent an email to support.

    It was about that (2 hours) when the email showed up in my inbox.
