Jotti online scan update

    scanners added: Avast, mks_vir
    scanners removed: DrWeb

    Scanners now used:

    AntiVir, Avast, BitDefender, ClamAV, F-Prot Antivirus, F-Secure Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, mks_vir and Norman Virus Control

    Jotti's malware scan will scan a *single* file that you upload with various anti-virus products: http://virusscan.jotti.dhs.org/

    Thanks for the info Alien8, it sure is a good place to do those single file scans with so many AV giving it a checkout. :)
    I've used it in the past will continue to check sus files I come across.

    Just another update to the site:

    "ENHANCEMENT: Added support for NOD32. Thanks to Algorithm Consulting (a reseller) I now have a license!"

    Scanners now used:

    AntiVir, Avast, BitDefender, ClamAV, F-Prot Antivirus, F-Secure Anti-Virus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, mks_vir, Norman Virus Control and NOD32

    What does

    "The service also warned against xx suspicious files without any help from scanner results." mean? o_O

    The Dr Web scanner is back up again and should stay there now as they have donated a license to Jordi.

    I think it's when something is packed, say with UPX or Armadillo.
