I was looking at possibly using the JonDo service but when looking at how expensive it was compared to using an OpenVPN service I thought no...

JonDo sent me an email saying their service was more expensive because it was a better more secure service then using OpenVPN.

Well I wonder about all that...

And then this was their last reply....

Well What do you guys think, can JonDo really offer a better, more secure service over OpenVPN?

    THANKS

there are always pro/cons. the mix might be a plus, but then again who has access to the mix traffic, albeit their statements? probably it is also the mix (contracted operators) which makes it more expensive. there is no explanation of why their encryption algorithm is stronger or less vulnerable to attacks than openVPN or PPTP.
Personally I am not a friend of opening up a local proxy
