jksearch problems

homesite keeps changing back to jksearch.biz but there is an error screen in the browser. thanks for any help, here's the hijackthis log:

First release the BHO's that BHODemon is blocking. The bad ones will be removed by this procedure.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then download https://www.wilderssecurity.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=137126 and save it as cws18.reg
Doubleclick the file and confirm you want to merge it with the registry.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\system32.dll
