    Hi Guys,
has anyone come accross this particular item in their startup :C:\WINDOWS\System32\jho51.exe. I am not in too much of a hury to delete it, as I just do not know what it is, or where it came from. Spysweeper, keeps bringing it up, but it cannot get any info on it.
    Any ideas please.

    All the best.

    Welcome to Wilders.

I would submit that to Webroot and see if they can sort it out. It may be a false positive.

    Hi Luckyjfl,

    Welcome to Wilders.

You could also navigate to the file, right-click on it, choose Properties, and under the various tabs see if anything there looks familiar to you, or that could help to identify the file.

If there is nothing under it's properties to identify it, then along with sending a copy to Webroot as ronjor suggested, you can upload the file to Jotti's malware scan and see if any of the scanners detect it as infected.

    Regards,

    snap
