Hi Guys,

Just went through device mgr, looking for 'grayed' icons to delete.

At 'Monitors' I have 8 grayed icons for the monitor I use & one not gray. Why the multiple copies? Do the gray icons represent times that I've plugged in the monitor & windows detected it? In this case 8 times? Should I delete the 8 gray icons leaving the one not gray in place?

At 'Batteries' Not gray APC Battery Backup. Gray 'HID UPS Battery' twice. Are HID & APC related, can gray HID be deleted?

At 'Network adapters' What's a "RAS Async Adapter" I googled & still am not sure what this is for.
