    hello
I wanted to know if my configuration was sufficient :
windows seven 64 with UAC max
look and stop with climeone rules
    avira premium
Firefox 3.6a1 with noscript, adblock plus, noreferrer and cookie safe
I know I lack a HIPS but seven UAC it does not act as HIPS?
    thank you for your answers

You are fine with that setup. Just get on and use your PC - let it breathe and dont block it up with junk AMs etc.

Its importsnt to have a good system image and backup of your docs etc - in case of emergency!

Your setup's fine. Yes, I believe UAC is similar to a HIPS. Just also remember to use common sense.

You can turn windows defender in to a sort of HIPS if you enable advanced membership to spynet.
