I installed OS Selector to my machine, but it is not recognizing my pre-installed version of Vista Home Premium. I don't know what seems to be the problem, but it is starting to become a hassle as I have to press f6 everytime I boot up my machine to skip to the vista boot screen. Any suggestions to have OS selector find Vista - or to uninstall os selector? (Can't do it if you don't have a found os)

    Thanks

    Welcome to the forum.

Is your preinstalled Vista an OEM brand-name version (Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.)? If so, OSS has a problem detecting those. Acronis may have an update that will find it. You could try the Live Chat support service and see.

Another option is to manually add the Vista entry to the BOOTWIZ.OSS file. I can do this for you if you post your file. Instructions can be found here. Attach the text file copy of the BOOTWIZ.OSS file to the post (please don't paste the contents -- it's much harder to work with).
