    Folks,

    I recently installed acronis on three servers. It runs fine for two of them. For third one, it gives me the following error if I DON"T shut down a particular virtual server.

    Operation with partition "C:" was terminated.
    Details:
    Unable to create volume snapshot (0x70021)
    Tag = 0xA5695862AAF8E76F
    Failed to set snapshot bitmap. (0x10C44E)
    blocks = 9126A5A1)
    Tag = 0x14181C22EF45AD9A
    Not enough storage is available to process this command (0xFFF0)
    code = 8007000:cool:
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF

    There are other virtual servers in the box but for some reason, it just doesn't lke this. I have opened a case with Acronis but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas what the issue is? I am trying to back the server to a NAS across ethernet.

    TIA

    Raj

    I have the exatly same problem, I bought Virtual Edition and installed it to four servers. It runs fine on three servers, but in one I also get the following error
    Unable to create volume snapshot (0x70021)
    Tag = 0x2CBDD167CBCA9580
    Failed to enumerate open files on volume. (0x10C451)
    Tag = 0x14181C22EF45ADC9
    Invalid access to memory location (0xFFF0)
    code = 800703E6)
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF

    Did you get any help to this problem. The server with the problem also has backup server installed, could this cause the problem? All servers are Windows 2003 R2 servers and running on same physical box.

    Hello julay123,

    Thank you for using Acronis True Image

    Could you please let us know the exact version of the program you use? This is important, because different versions require different build of SnapAPI module.

    Thank you.

    The server started to give same errors again
    Operation with partition "0-0" was terminated.
    Details:
    Unable to create volume snapshot (0x70021)
    Tag = 0x2CBDD167CBCA9580
    Failed to enumerate open files on volume. (0x10C451)
    Tag = 0x14181C22EF45ADC9
    Invalid access to memory location (0xFFF0)
    code = 800703E6)
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF

    Do I need to install SnapApi drivers frequently to get the backup working?
