    Hi,
ESET Live Grid should inform us with useful information about applications ..
but we are getting some issues within it .. it is always shows for me that
FireFox 8.0.1 is at " risk level " - and some other applications such as Tuneup Utilities 2012 "

beside that, firefox version is released before some days
so, what about updating the database of it !
i think this feature still unreliable

here is a pic of it

the database of live grid will get updated. Whenever a new version of software comes out it is shown as a potential risk from live grid at first.

Maybe those files are not used by many ESET's users. Please provide us with some MD5/SHA1 hashes of such files.

I've checked the cloud status of those files and all are ok. Most of the files have medium reputation as they are relatively new files. Given that a lot of other users should report it to cloud, their reputation should change to good soon.
