Issues with Acronis 9.1 and Suse Linux 9

I've just downloaded the trial version for Acronis 9.1, and I'm having several issues.

I have 3 partitions, 2 reisers and a swap. I am trying to make an image of the 1st Reiser drive (hdc1 - 8GB partition, 3.176GB used), and putting that image into the other Reiser (hdc3 -18.65 GB, 415MB used).

I get the following error:

E00070021: Cannot access drive.

Cannot create the image of the logical drive hdc1 because it's currently in use by running applications or the logical drive contains bad sectors.

Another error comes up and says:

Operation with partition "hdc1" was terminated.|Details:|Unable to create volume snapshot(0x70021)| Tag - 0x0.

I am able to do a backup of all the files and folders, but I can't create an image of the drive.

This server is being used as a web server, as well as an open-xchange mail server... are all these services supposed to be stopped first?
